Our Mission

The Rise Up Foundation of Worcester County is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting gifted students by investing in and nurturing their talent. Many students in Worcester County Public Schools have exceptional potential but lack the means to develop their gifts. The Foundation aims, through a three-pronged approach, to provide resources that help these students thrive. Rise Up Scholars—students gifted in the arts or academics—will be paired with a sponsor and a mentor who work together to create a customized plan for each scholar, whether they are an artist, poet, mathematician, or scientist. The Foundation’s primary goal is to offer a pathway for students to reach their full potential. Transforming the course of one life can positively influence generations to come.
